Eran Suissa began his real estate career in 2008, acquiring single-family homes and renovating and managing a growing rental portfolio in Indianapolis.
In 2009 Eran settled in Columbus, Ohio expanding his business under the Swiss Group. He continued to acquire multifamily properties while incorporating an in-house Property Management and a Construction company.
Today the Swiss Group focuses on acquiring new properties and serves a growing group of passive global investors, production of real estate construction services, and management of a growing multifamily portfolio exceeding 200 doors.
