Yair Suissa began his real estate career in 2008, acquiring single-family homes rental portfolio in Indianapolis. At the end of 2009, Yair settled in Columbus, Ohio expanding his business.
He continued to acquire single homes and multifamily renovating and renting them.
Over the years, he created a Property Management division and an in-house Construction company.
Today the Swiss Group companies serve a growing group of passive global investors; and oversee the acquisition of new properties, production of real estate construction services, and management of a growing multifamily portfolio exceeding 200 doors.
