Class A shares are a component of the capital stack. Also, our passive investors commonly receive this type of shares when investing in one of our deals. Class A shares are positioned above the primary loan and below the Class B shares.
When a real estate deal sells, the loan gets paid off first, followed by the Class A shares holders, only after the Class B shareholders get paid.
